This year we are promoting a new advanced course to follow the five-day induction. Stage Two will also take place over a period of five days, and merges three separate advanced courses from the last two years. There will be a strong legal element providing knowledge and practice in dealing with representation on several issues very much relevant to our members, such as:

Health & safety risk assessments; bullying and harassment; tackling stress; mental health in workplaces; gender and disability sensitive health and safety; general employment law such as contracts and fair pay with an emphasis on putting grievances together and handling disciplinaries and grievances.
