We appreciate the vital role our reps play in developing workplace organisation and provide them with the skills and knowledge to enable them to effectively undertake their duties.

Stage One is a five-day induction course, which covers subjects/problems that a rep encounters in their workplace. Our aim is to give our reps the skills to deal with these problems, to the benefit of the health and well-being of our members.
